They advised me on self-care — not doing strenuous activities, avoiding sexual intercourse, avoiding standing for long periods — to help with my condition, and I also had to have a blood transfusion. I had a c-section at 36 weeks and gave birth to my beautiful baby girl, who is named Makanaka.
